Work Allocation & Reminders
According to customer requirement and international standard, Office Stem offers two types of work allocation; user can allocate work by date and hour. Additionally, Office Stem is used more collaborative approach so that is deployed of tasks more controllable and accessible. In detail, Manager has option to create teams with their team leaders.
 
Maximize Resources
Managers and Team Leader has option to find out which staff are available to be assigned to a task according to their schedule work load and job role. It will provide task information of staff as a result Manager is enable to scrutinize, which staff is over or under-utilized.
 
Automated Reminder & E-mail
Authorized person will get the additionally copy of assigned work from their E-mails. Additionally, it will inform upcoming and over-due task list from E-mails automatically. Furthermore, user has the option to set the reminder on the task.
